We process personal data from job seekers in order to evaluate and manage their applications for both current and future jobs. The processing takes place to ensure a fair and professional recruitment process.

DigitalTolk uses technical tools and organizational processes to secure personal data. Communication with our services is protected by SSL certificates, and sensitive information is encrypted using one-way algorithms. These measures ensure the correctness and unaltered data (privacy), protection against unauthorized access (confidentiality) and regulated access for authorized individuals through authorization controls.
All staff, consultants, contractors and subcontractors are bound by confidentiality agreements, and DigitalTolk ensures that relevant parties only have access to the information required for their duties.

As a general rule, DigitalTolk does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. Should such transfers nevertheless take place, they will be in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
When there is no longer a valid basis for the continued collection of personal data, DigitalTolk removes data for which it no longer has any purpose to be stored. Personal data of contractors who have not performed assignments are deleted regularly, as well as at the request of the contractor. Certain information required by other applicable laws, such as the Accounting Act, is retained.
